In this paper,through the collection,analysis and comparison of 60 million tons of calcium carbide circular cooling water system operating parameters in Jilantai,circulating water process of the management was found to exist problems.It is to find the cause of the problem and put forward the measures and methods to solve it.Through the implementation of improvement measures,it can enhance the management level of water technology in high cycle to ensure calcium carbide devices safe and efficient operation.
