肌内效贴扎技术联合物理疗法对髌股关节疼痛综合征的治疗效果

Therapeutic Effect of Kinesio Taping Combined with Physical Therapy on Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome

目的：观察肌内效贴扎技术联合物理疗法治疗髌股关节疼痛综合征的疗效。方法：将62例髌股关节疼痛综合征患者随机分为观察组和对照组各31例，均给予超短波、电脑调制中频电等常规物理治疗，观察组则在常规物理治疗基础上配合肌内效贴贴扎治疗，观察两组患者VAS评分、LKSS评分的改善情况。结果：治疗后，观察组VAS评分、LKSS评分改善程度均显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：肌内效贴扎技术联合物理疗法能有效改善髌股关节疼痛综合征患者的疼痛症状、促进关节功能恢复，值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Kinesio Taping combined with physical therapy on patellofemoral pain syndrome. Methods： 62 patients with patellofemoral pain syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and control group with each of 31 cases, both with routine physical therapy such as ultrashort wave, computer modulated medium frequency electrical stimulation and so on, observation group added Kinesio Taping treatment, improvement of VAS and LKSS scores of the two groups were observed. Results： After treatment VAS and LKSS scores of observa- tion group were significantly better than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Kinesio Taping technique combined with physical therapy can ef- fectively improve the pain syndrome ofpatellofemoral pain syndrome, accelerate joint function recovery, being worthy of clinical application.
