摘要
目的观察鲍曼不动杆菌形成的生物膜对耐药性的影响。方法收集经P H O E N I X 1 0 0全自动微生物鉴定仪确定的鲍曼不动杆菌3 3株,用平板粘附法制备鲍曼不动杆菌的生物膜,并用结晶紫染色测量其吸光度定量,对照药敏结果分析两者关系。结果菌膜染色的吸光度值高者为阳性者,即该菌形成了生物膜,经比较其对抗菌药物的耐药率高于阴性菌即没形成生物膜的菌。结论形成生物膜的鲍曼不动杆菌对抗菌药物有较强的耐药性。
Objective To explore the effects of acinetobacter baumannii on resistance by its biofilm.Methods Modified 33 strains Acinetobacter baumannii were collected and identified with automated microbial analyzer. Modified plate culture method was used to establish bacterial biofilm, which was identified by crystal violet staining. Measured by microplate reader and compared with the results of its resistance. Results Positive ones with antibiotic resistance are more than negative ones. Conclusion The formation of biofilm in Acinetobacter baumannii showed more resistance to antibacterial.
