颅内原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的CT表现及回顾性分析

The CT Diagnosis of Intracranial Primary Central Nervous System Lymphoma

目的:研究颅内原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤(PCNSL)的CT表现特点。材料与方法:收集经病理证实的原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤7例,全部行CT平扫和增强检查。结果:7例患者2例多发,共检出10个病灶,其中肿块型6个,弥漫不规则型4个,具有一定的特征性表现。结论:通过回顾、分析,认为CT检查可进一步提高对颅内PCNSL的认识和诊断水平。

Purpose： To study the CT imaging appearances of intracranial primary central nervous system lymphoma.Materials and Methods： The histopathologic study was performed in 7 patients with the intracranial primary central nervous system lymphoma. All cases were examined by plain CT and contrast-enhanced CT. Results： 2 patients had multiple lesions,examine out 10 of the focuses altogether,the number of lump type is 6,fill irregular types is 4,have certain characteristic quality. Conclusion： Throughing reviewing,analyse,thinking that CT can improve the understanding and diagnosis level of the intracranial primary central nervous system lymphoma.
