摘要
目的:评价多层螺旋CT在诊断耳硬化症中的价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析2012年3月至2014年12月间经手术确诊的耳硬化症患者共30例,患者术前均行多层螺旋CT检查。结果:30例共54耳显示异常。依据病变部位分为窗型、耳蜗型及混合型。窗型共40耳,其中前庭窗受累30耳,前庭窗及蜗窗共同受累10耳;耳蜗型共6耳,仅耳蜗周围骨质受累;混合型共8耳,耳蜗、前庭窗、蜗窗、内耳迷路广泛受累,其中1耳伴有颈静脉球高位。结论:多层螺旋CT能够清晰显示耳硬化病变部位及范围,对术前评估提供重要信息。
Purpose: To evaluate the value of multi-row CT in diagnose otosclerosis. Materials and Methods: 30 patients with otosclerosis were confirmed by surgery underwent multi-row CT,and the CT features were retrospectively evaluated. Results: 54 temporal bones were abnormal. According to the position,three types of otosclerosis were classified( fenestral type,cochlear type and mixed type). 40 ears were fenestral type,vestibluar window involved in 30 ears,vestibluar window and cochlear window involved in 10 ears. 6 ears were cochlear type,bone around cochlear involved. 8 ears were mixed type,cochlear、vestibluar window、cochlear window and labyrinthinnerear involved,1 ear with high jugular fossa. Conclusion: Multi-row CT can clearly display the extension and position of otosclerosis,which provide important information before the operation.
