乏脂型肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤影像分析

Imaging Findings of Renal Angiomyolipomas with Minimal Fat

目的:探讨乏脂型肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的CT特征。材料与方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的9例乏脂型的肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的CT表现。结果:9例单发的不典型的肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤,表现为不规则性明显分叶的软组织肿块,中、高度均匀强化,且呈快进快退型强化。影像表现与临床症状分离。结论:采用一定的技术或方法显示病灶内脂肪是CT诊断的关键,如能加强对其认识,注意鉴别,CT能对大部分不典型的肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤作出诊断或可能诊断。与临床表现结合也必不可少。

Purpose： To explore the characters of CT in the diagnosis of the renal angiomyolipoma（ AML） with minimal fat. Materials and Methods： CT findings in 9 cases with renal AML with minimal fat histopathologically confirmed were analyzed retrospectively. Results： 9 cases solitary atypical renal angiomyolipomas showed irregularities obvious lobulated soft tissue mass,medium and high uniformity,and showed strengthening and retreat quickly. Imaging findings and clinical symptoms separation. Conclusion： By some techniques or methods bring out lesions in fat is the key diagnostic CT,if we can recognize it very well,pay attention to them,CT will make the diagnosis in most of atypia renal AML. Combined with clinical symptoms may be required.
