摘要 目的:对膝关节韧带损伤的MRI表现进行探讨。材料与方法:收集58个膝关节病例,采用膝关节表面专用线圈,SE序列或FSE序列行冠状位和矢状位扫描。结果:58个膝关节损伤患者中,交叉韧带损伤条,侧副韧带损伤条,交叉韧带损伤的MRI表现为韧带连续性尚存在和中断,韧带局灶性或弥漫性肿胀,信号强度增加或断端扭曲移位;侧副韧带损伤的MRI表现为韧带连续性中断和或韧带增粗肿胀,信号升高。结论:MRI是膝关节韧带损伤的理想的非创伤性最佳检查方法之一,能为临床提供可靠的影像学资料。 Purpose: To explore MRI findings of knee point ligamentous injuries. Materials and Methods: To collect 58 knee joint cases,and use knee joint special surface coil to perform coronal and sagittal scanning with SE sequence or FSE sequence. Results: Among 40 patients with knee joint injuries,there were 18 cruciate ligament injuries and 28 collateral ligament injuries. MRI findings of cruciate ligament injuries were existing but discontinuous ligamentous connection,ligament focal or diffuse swelling,increased signal intensity or distortion and displacement of fractured ends; and MRI findings of collateral ligament injuries were interrupted ligament continuity and / or ligament thickening and swelling and increased signal intensity. Conclusion: MRI is one of best non-invasive examination methods for knee joint ligamentous injuries that may provide reliable image data for clinical applications.
