布加综合征多排螺旋CT影像表现

Expression of Budd Chiari syndrome of multi-slice spiral CT imaging

目的:提高对布加综合征CT表现的认识。材料与方法:回顾分析了19例经血管造影证实的布加综合征患者CT平扫及强化的影像资料。结果:本组共19例,肝脏增大11例,4例体积缩小,4例形态无明显改变。增强检查,动脉期肝脏强化不明显14例,中央区斑片状强化5例,门脉期19例肝内均见强化,强化区不均匀,其中17例以肝脏中央区强化明显,延迟期13例肝内强化趋于均匀,6例强化不均匀。14例肝静脉狭窄或闭塞,8例肝内下腔静脉狭窄。结论:布加综合征在多排螺旋CT多期增强扫描中,仍具有强化特点,对布加综合征的诊断及鉴别诊断有着重要的价值。

Purpose： to improve the understanding of CT manifestations of Budd Chiari syndrome. Materials and Methods： Retrospective analysis of the imaging data of 19 cases of Budd Chiari syndrome were confirmed by angiography CT scan and enhancement. Results： there were 19 cases in this group,11 cases in the liver,4 cases with the reduction of volume,4 cases with no obvious change. Enhanced check,with hepatic arterial phase enhancement in 14 cases,central patchy enhancement in 5 cases,portal venous phase 19 cases of liver were seen in strengthening,hardened zone is not uniform,which 17 cases in the central region of the liver markedly enhanced and delay of 13 cases of hepatic enhancement in tends to be uniform,6 cases strengthening is not uniform. 14 cases of hepatic vein stenosis or occlusion,8 cases of intrahepatic vena cava stenosis. Conclusion： Budd Chiari syndrome in multi slice spiral CT multi phase enhanced scan,still has enhanced features,syndrome diagnosis and differential diagnosis of Budd Chiari syndrome has important value.
