Differentiation of Four Main Components of Somedon by Thin-layer Chromatography

目的:用薄层色谱法鉴别去痛片中的4种主要成分。方法:将相同浓度的供试品溶液与对照品溶液点于同一硅胶GF254薄层板上,采用薄层色谱法,观察各主斑点的位置、大小及颜色。结果:去痛片中的4种主要成分彼此分离良好,且分别与各自的对照品溶液的主斑点Rf值相同,大小、颜色相同。结论:用薄层色谱法可同时鉴别去痛片中的4种主要成分且方法简单、省时、实用。

Objective： To differentiate the four main components of somedon by thin-layer chromatography.Methods ：The test sample and control solutions at the same concentrations were loaded onto one siliceous GF254thin-layer vitreous board, and the positions, sizes and colors of the main spots were observed by thin-layer chromatography. Results ：The four main components of somedon were separated well, of which the Rf values, sizes and colors were identical to those of the corresponding control solutions. Conclusion ：The four main components of somedon were differentiated at the same time by thin-layer chromatography. The method was simple, practical and time-saving.
