腭咽部手术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征疗效的预测 被引量：11

Prediction of the efficacy of velopharyngeal surgery for obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

摘要 当前包括悬雍垂腭咽成形术（uvulopalatopharyngoplasty,UPPP）及其各种改良术式在内的腭咽部手术仍是治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）的最常用术式,在我国的一些医疗机构中此类手术甚至是应用于此疾病的唯一术式.腭咽部手术的优点在于相对简单易行、主观疗效较好且并发症相对较少,但其不足之处在于较低的客观有效率,Sher等的数据认为UPPP的有效率仅为40％～ 50％,各种改良术式在降低并发症发生率的同时并未显著提高客观有效率.
