摘要
对超高层建筑关键构件的应力进行长期监测是建筑管理与维护领域的重要内容。基于电阻应变片型传感器的应力测量系统存在抗干扰性差、长期零点不稳定的问题,研制了基于振弦式传感器的应力测量系统,它具有稳定性好、测量精度高等特点。系统主要由传感器测控电路以及无线通信模块组成,由软件负责实现激振、测频和温度补偿。测试和现场运行表明:其性能完全能满足建筑构件应力的长期监测要求。
The long-term monitoring of stress for the key components of super high-rise building is an important subject in the field of construction management and maintenance. Because of some problems like poor anti-interference and unstable zero point for a long time, in stress measurement system based on resistance strain gauge sensor, a new kind of stress measurement system based on Vibrating wire sensor has been developed with its good stability, high measuring precision, etc. The system mainly consists of sensor controlling circuit and wireless communication module, while the software is responsible for implementation of vibration, frequency measurement and temperature compensation. Test and field operation show that the performance of the said system can fully meet the requirements of long-term monitoring of building component stress.
