摘要
目的:对黄芪注射液中的黄酮类、异黄酮类、皂苷类成分等有机小分子化学成分进行定性研究。方法:采用高效液相色谱-电喷雾线性离子阱质谱(HPLC-ESI/MS)检测技术对黄芪注射液中的成分进行分析。结果:黄芪注射液中的18种成分得以鉴定结构,其中紫云英苷等6种成分此前未见报道。结论:明确黄芪注射液中的化学成分为其物质基础研究提供了依据。
Objective: Small molecular organic compounds in Astragalus injection such as flavonoids, isoflavonoids and astragalosides were identified by LC/MS. Methods: The chemical constituents of Astragalus injection were analyzed by Liquid ehromatography-eleetrospray-ionization mass spectrometry (HPLC-ESI/MS). Results: 18 compounds from Astragalus injection were elucidated, and six compounds including astragalin were firstly reported. Conclusion: This study laid a basis for elucidation of biologically active substancesin Astragalus injection.
