HPLC测定虚燥更平浓缩丸中梓醇的含量

RP-HPLC Determination of Catalpol in Xuzao Gengping Concentrated Pill

目的:探索建立虚燥更平浓缩丸的质量控制方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Sepax HP-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(1:99);体积流量为1.0 mL·min^(-1);检测波长为210 nm;柱温为30℃。结果:在上述条件下,梓醇进样量0.042 9~0.2145 mg·mL^(-1)呈良好的线性关系,按照加入梓醇浓度低、中、高分别测得样品加样回收率为100.41%、99.99%、100.08%,相对应的RSD值为0.60%、0.72%0.47%,该方法精密度、重复性均良好,RSD均小于2.0%。结论:该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,能有效测定虚造更平浓缩丸中梓醇的含量。

Objective：To establish a method for quality control of Xuzao Gengping concentrated pill.Methods：Catalpol was determined by using RP-HPLC with waters column of Sepax HP-C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase,flow rate at 1.0 mL·min-1,detection wavelength 210 nm and column temperature at 30 ℃.Results：Catalpol presented a good linear relationship at the range of 0.042 9~0.214 5 mg·mL-1,According to join catalpa alcohol concentration high,medium and low respectively measured sample average and recovery was：100.41%,99.99%,100.08%,the RSD values corresponding to：0.60%,0.72%,0.47%.Conclusion：The established method is simple,accurate,high sensitivity,good reproducible,and is suitable for effective determination of Xuzao Gengping concentrated pill.
