脾胃升降理论在中医脾胃理论的发展过程中占有核心地位,起源于《内经》,发展于《伤寒论》,成熟于《脾胃论》并经由叶天士"脾升胃降"理论而完善。以脾胃升降理论为指导思想,半夏泻心汤、旋覆代赭汤、补中益气汤分别作为代表辛开苦降法、和胃降逆法、益气升提法的经典方剂,在临床应用广泛。

In the development of spleen-stomach theory in Chinese medicine,the spleen-stomach ascending and descending theory occupies the core status,which originated from Neijing,progressed in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,matured in Treatise on the Spleen and Stomach and completed by the theory of YE Tianshi＇s spleen ascending and stomach descending. Under the guidance of spleen-stomach＇s ascending and descending theory,Banxia Xiexin Decoction,Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,as the representatives respectively of Xinkai Kujiang method,Hewei Jiangni method and Yiqi Shengqi method,are widely used in clinic in nowadays.
