温阳补肾法对骨质疏松骨折患者恢复期血清骨钙素、PDGF、sVCAM-1与IGF-1水平影响研究

Effect of Warming Yang and Invigorating Kidney Therapy on Serum Osteocalcin,PDGF,sVCAM-1 and IGF-1 in Recovery Period of Patients with Osteoporotic Fracture

目的:探讨温阳补肾法对骨质疏松骨折患者恢复期血清骨钙素、PDGF、s VCAM-1与IGF-1水平的影响。方法:收集本院收治的骨质疏松骨折恢复期患者60例,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各30例,对照组给予常规治疗,实验组在对照组基础上给予温阳补肾中药汤剂治疗,治疗1个月后,对所有患者的血清骨钙素、PDGF、s VCAM-1、IGF-1水平及骨密度情况进行检测。结果:治疗后,与对照组比较,1实验组患者血清BGP水平较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2实验组患者的血清PDGF水平较高(P<0.05);3实验组患者的血清s VCAM-1水平较低(P<0.05);4实验组患者的血清IGF-1水平较高(P<0.05);5实验组患者的BMD水平较高(P<0.05)。结论:温阳补肾法能够显著升高骨质疏松骨折患者恢复期血清骨钙素、PDGF与IGF-1水平,降低血清s VCAM-1水平,增加骨密度,对临床有指导意义。

Objective： To analyze the effect of warming Yang and invigorating kidney therapy on serum osteocalcin,PDGF,s VCAM-1 and IGF-1 levels in the recovery period of patients with osteoporotic fractures. Methods： Sixty patients in the recovery period who were diagnosed as osteoporotic fracture in our hospital were collected. All patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy and the experimental group with warming Yang and invigorating kidney therapy on the basis of control group treatment. After 1 month treatment,the serum levels of serum osteocalcin,PDGF,s VCAM-1,IGF-1 and bone mineral density were detected in all patients. Results：After treatment,compared with control group,1the serum BGP level was higher in the experimental group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; 2the serum PDGF level was higher（ P〈0. 05）; 3the serum s VCAM-1 level was lower（ P〈0. 05）; 4the serum IGF-1 level was higher（ P〈0. 05）; 5the BMD level was higher（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The warming Yang and invigorating kidney therapy can significantly increase the serum osteocalcin,PDGF and IGF-1 levels in the recovery period of patients with osteoporotic fractures,reduce the level of s VCAM-1 in serum,increase the bone mineral density and has a guiding significance for clinic.
