通督养神针法对轻度认知功能障碍的脑梗塞患者记忆功能影响的研究

Effect of Tongdu Tiaoshen Acupuncture on Memory Function in Cerebral Infarction Patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment

目的:用量化手段观察通督养神针法对脑梗塞患者记忆功能及神经功能修复的影响。方法:选用随机、对照方法,将符合纳入标准标的62患者分为两组,治疗组为督调神法加常规治疗,对照组为常规治疗,各治疗12周,观察指向记忆、联想学习、图象自由回忆、无意义图形再认及人像特点回忆及神经功能修复情况。结果:1治疗组治疗后指向记忆、联想记忆、图像自由回忆及记忆商,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组治疗后相比较,各因子积分均有显著性差异(P<0.05),改善最明显的是指向记忆、图像自由回忆及记忆商,其次是联想记忆及人像特点联想。2从第4周开始治疗组与对照组相比,治疗后神经功能缺损明显改善(P<0.01)。结论:通督养神针法能改善脑梗塞患者的记忆功能并能明显促进神经功能修复。

Objective： Using quantitative methods to observe the effect of Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture on memory function and neuronal function restoration in cerebral infarction patients with mild cognitive impairment. Methods： Following random control methods,62 patients in accordance with the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups in a randomized and controlled trial.The two groups were given treatment in 12 weeks. The patients in the experimental group were given the treatment of Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture and regular treatment at the same time,while the patients in the control group are only given the regular treatment. The following observed results were recorded： directed memory,associative learning,image free recall,meaningless picture recognition and portrait characteristic memory. Results： There were significant differences in the observed results of the patients in experimental group after the treatment,including directed memory,associative memory,image free recall and memory quotient（ P〈0. 05）. Comparing the two groups after the treatment,there were significant differences in all the factor integrations（ P〈0. 05）,and the most obvious improvements were in directed memory,image free recall and memory quotient,and the second obvious improvements are in associative memory and portrait characteristic memory. After 4 weeks treatment,comparing with the control group,there were significant improvements in neuronal function restoration in the experimental group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture can improve memory functions in cerebral infarction patients,and can significantly improve their neuronal function restoration.
