米子良名中医谈中医临床辨证论治,认为辨证中应注意抓主症、辨病位和病性、注意证型联系、证外之证,辨静态证应守法,辨动态证须圆活,辨错杂证宜调平,还要注意隐症、有效证、无效证、加重证;论治应从辨病与辨证相结合、汤证论治、"病因+病位+症状"三位一体、辨现代病、辨症状用药等方面入手。

Professor MI Ziliang＇s experience of clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment introduced that syndrome differentiation should pay attention to the main symptom,differentiation of disease location and nature and the contact of syndrome.The static syndrome differentiation should be stick to the original method and the dynamic syndrome differentiation be flexible and the mixed syndrome differentiation should be balanced,but also pay attention to hidden,valid,invalid and anabatic syndromes. The treatment on syndrome differentiation should combine with disease differentiation,syndrome and decoction,etiology ＋ disease location ＋ symptoms,distinguishing the modern disease and differentiation of symptoms.
