摘要
目的:通过对大鼠行为学、体质量及饮水量的测定,对CSA大鼠混合造模模型进行评价。方法:将90只大鼠随机分为混合造模组、空白对照组及假手术组各30只,通过Morris水迷宫、旷场实验、体质量及饮水量的测定,验证模型是否成功。结果:混合造模组在Morris水迷宫测评中,潜伏期较空白对照组及假手术组均增加(P<0.05);在旷场实验中,混合造模组在站立次数、跨格数、修饰次数、运动总距离、沿边运动距离及中央运动距离等方面分别与空白对照组及假手术组对比,均显著减少(P<0.05);混合造模组较空白对照组及假手术组饮水量减少,体质量增长延迟(P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论:该研究运用混合造模的方法,成功复制出CSA大鼠模型,但仍需影像学及分子生物学等加以佐证。
Objective: To evaluate the mixed model of CSA rats by the determination of behavior,body mass and drinking water. Methods: Ninety Wistar rats were randomly divided into mixed modeling group,blank control group and sham operation group,30 rats in each group. Determined by Morris water maze,open field test,body quality and drinking amount,the model success was validated. Results: The mixed model's latency in the Morris water maze test was increased compared with that of the blank control group and sham operation group( P〈0. 05). In the open field test,the mixed modeling group' s standing numbers,number of squares crossed,the modification times,total movement distance and border movement distance and central motor distance were respectively significantly reduced compared with those of the blank control group and sham operation group( P〈0. 05). The mixed modeling group's amount of water decrease and body weight growth delay were significant compared with those of the blank control group and sham group( P〈0. 05,P〈0. 05). Conclusion: This study used the mixed modeling method to replicate CSA rat model successfully,but it still needs to be confirmed by imaging and molecular biology.
