摘要
本文分析了数字电视节目安全播出的重要性,指出现有监测系统不能有效规避节目停播区间产生的大量无价值静帧和音频丢失告警,在保障节目安全播出方面存在隐患。在数字电视监控系统中利用离散型中心不变矩算法进行节目停播检测,并对静帧和音频丢失监测模块进行优化,有效地规避了节目停播后产生的大量无效告警,取得了良好的实际应用效果。
The essay analyzes the importance of security to broadcast digital television programs, and points out shortcomings of an existing monitoring system. The system can't effectively circumvent a lot of worthless alarm of losses of still frame and audio, which generated during off- air time. So there are hidden dangers to safety broadcsating. To realize effective circumvention, we can adopt discrete center invariant moment algorithm to check off-air and optimize the module of the still-frame and audio loss monitoring. And we have a good practical application.
