喘必泰颗粒治疗寒热错杂型支气管哮喘的临床研究

Clinical Study of CHUANBITAI Granule for Simultaneous Occurrence of Cold and Heat Syndromes in Bronchial Asthma

为评价喘必泰颗粒治疗寒热错杂型支气管哮喘的临床疗效及其安全性 ,采用随机分组 ,治疗组用喘必泰颗粒 ,对照组用喘咳宁片 ,结果显示治疗组总有效率为 93 .3 3 % ,疗效与对照组相似。能显著改善患者的中医证候积分和各项临床症状 ,提高肺功能的检测指标 ,降低升高的血中嗜酸细胞百分比。安全性检查表明该药无明显的毒副作用 ,临床上未见明显的不良反应 ,说明喘必泰颗粒是一种安全有效的治疗支气管哮喘的新药。

To value the clinical efficiency and security of CHUANBITAI granule for treating simultaneous occurrence of cold and heat syndromes in bronchial asthma,60 cases were averagely and randomly divided into the observation group (treated by CHUANBITAI granule)and the control group(treated by CHUANKENING tablet).The result showed that the total effective rate was \{93.33%.\}The therapeutic efficiency of the two groups was similar.The granule could obviously improve the scores of TCM syndromes and clinical symptoms,increase the indexes of lung function examinations,reduce the percentages of increased blood acidophil.There was not obviously toxic and adverse drug action.It indicates that the CHUANBITAI granule is one of the new,secure and effective drugs for treating bronchial asthma.\;
