Application and Enlightenment of AICD Technology in Abroad

摘要 底水锥进严重影响水平井产能,而流入控制装置(ICD)在水平井见水后抑制作用有限。国内外依据阿基米德原理、伯努利方程以及遇水膨胀橡胶特性,在ICD技术基础上,研究出对不利流体具有智能选择和抑制功能的自动流入控制装置(AICD),根据原理和装置结构不同,可分为夹片型、浮动圆盘型、流道控制型及自膨胀型四种,它们在室内实验中表现出对不利流体(水或气)较好的抑制作用。在Ginta、Peregrino、Troll、Ivar Aasen、Rubiales和Quifa等水体活动强烈的海上高渗砂岩油田开发中,数值模拟和现场实践结果表明,AICD技术能有效抑制底水锥进,达到油井增产、含水率下降和油藏采收率提高的目的。AICD技术在我国非均质强、底水锥进快、不利流度比的油田中具有广阔的应用前景和发展空间。国外的应用经验表明,早期分析评估、室内流体实验以及数值模拟优化等,对AICD技术的成功应用至关重要,因此形成一套适合中国油田特点的AICD技术设计和施工行业规范是今后主要发展方向。 Bottom water coning seriously affects the productivity of horizontal wells,and the inflow control de vice(ICD) is limited in water inhibition after water breakthrough in the horizontal well.According to the Archimedes principle,Bernoulli equation and the water expansion rubber characteristics,autonomous inflow control devices(AICD) was invented which has the function of intelligent selection and inhibition of adverse fluid based on the ICD technology.According to the various principles and structures,AICD technology can be divided into clamping piece type,floating disc type,flow channel control type and the self-expansion type,and they all show better inhibition to the adverse fluid(water or gas) in laboratory experiments.In the development of Gin-ta,Peregrino,Troll,Ivar Aasen,Rubiales,Quifa and other offshore sandstone oilfield with high permeability and strong water activities,numerical simulation and field practice results show that AICD technology can effective-ly inhibit the coning of bottom water and can achieve the goal of production increase,water cut decrease and reservoir recovery enhancement.AICD technology has broad application prospects and development space in China oilfields that has the characteristics of strong heterogeneity,rapid bottom water coning and unfavorable mobility ratio.The application experiences of foreign countries show that the analysis of early assessment,lab fluid experiments and numerical simulation optimization of AICD technology is crucial for the successful application.So design and construction occupational standards of the AICD technology suitable for China oil-fields are the main development direction in the future.
