“膜法+吸收法”油气回收技术在1-己烯装车中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 油气回收的关键技术在于如何使空气和油气进行分离,其常见的方法有冷凝法、吸附法、吸收法和膜分离法等。通过对比分析,中国石化北京燕山分公司采用"膜法+吸收法"技术回收1-己烯装车尾气,具体流程为利用吸收塔先进行第一步吸收,然后再利用膜做进一步的分离回收,这样可使尾气排放浓度达到国家排放标准,1-己烯回收效率达到95%以上。理论上,该油气回收装置一年回收的1-己烯约为19.68t,产生经济效益37.4万元,而能耗费用约11.5万元。根据实际运行状况,解决了温升、机械杂质等影响装置正常运行的问题。针对国内日益严重的环境问题,油气回收装置的达标标准将进一步严格,为解决这一问题,首先要根据物料的性质和实际情况选择合理的油气回收工艺,其次可以采用两种或两种以上的工艺方法联合使用,以达到最佳的回收效果。 At the heart of oil and gas recovery is how the air and the oil and gas can be separated from each other.The most common methods include the condensation method,the adsorption method,the absorption method and the membrane separation method.After comparison and analysis,Sinopec Beijing Yanshan Company adopted the "membrane + absorption" technology to recover exhaust from 1-hexane loading.The specific pro cedures are :The absorption column is used as the first procedure and membrane is then used for further separation and recovery.The exhaust going through these procedures meets the national standard for exhaust e-mission and the recovery rate of 1-hexane reaches over 95%.Theoretically,the oil and gas recovering unit is able to recover about 19.68 t of 1-hexane annually and produce 374000 yuan in economic returns.The energy use cost is about 115000 yuan per year.Actual operation results suggest that the above technology provides a solution to the problems affecting the normal operation of the unit,such as temperature rise and mechanical impurities.As environmental issues deteriorate daily,China is set to introduce stricter standard for oil and gas recovering units.To solve this,a company should select appropriate oil and gas recovering technology according to the properties of feedstock as well as actual conditions and introduce two or more technologies used in combination in order to achieve the best recovery effect.
