醒脑再造胶囊主要药效学及毒理学试验

Experimental Study of XINGNAO ZAIZAO Capsule on Main Pharmacodynamics and Toxicology

为证实醒脑再造胶囊的有效性和安全性 ,进行药效学和毒理学试验 ,结果表明醒脑再造胶囊可延长实验性脑缺血小鼠断头后张口喘息时间 ,提高小鼠常压耐缺氧能力 ,增强实验性缺氧小鼠的学习记忆功能 ,延长小鼠凝血时间和凝血酶原时间。小鼠急性毒性试验 ,灌胃最大耐受量为 2 7g/ kg,相当临床给药量的 462倍 ;大鼠长期毒性试验 60 d的无毒剂量为 2 .8g/ kg,相当临床给药量的 5 0倍。

To test the efficiency and security of XINGNAO ZAIZAO capsule,the experiment on pharmacodynamics and toxicology was made.The result showed that the capsule could delay the time of gasping after decapitation in eschemic mice,improve the abilities of endurant hypoxia under the condition of normal pressure,enhance the functions of learning and remembering of hypoxia mice,delay clotting time and serozyme.The most endurance amount of stomach irrigation were 27 g/kg in acute toxicology experiment of mice,and this was 462 times of clinical use.The non toxicity dosages were 2.8 g/kg in long time toxicology experiment of rat,and this was 50 times of clinical use.
