摘要
为研究老年大鼠脑细胞凋亡 ,采用提取大鼠脑细胞进行 DNA电泳的方法 ,结果显示老年大鼠脑细胞 DNA电泳出现细胞凋亡的特征性梯状电泳条带 ,说明老年大鼠脑细胞的凋亡率增高是衰老的特征之一 。
To study the cerebral apoptosis in senile rats,electrophoresis of DNA extracted from brain cells of rats was used.The results showed that there was a typical DNA degradation,i.e.DNA ladder of apoptosis during the DNA electrophoresis of brain cell in rats.It indicates that the increased rates of cerebral apoptosis in senile rats are one of the characteristics of aging.This can be used to study the Chinese medicine and its mechanism on anti aging.
