保乳手术局部复发预测因素
摘要
对于早期乳腺癌患者,保乳手术+术后放疗已成为标准的治疗选择,但术后10-20%的患者会发生局部复发,从而影响患者手术效果、关系患者长期生存的重要因素。本文以文献回顾形式,对预测乳腺癌患者保乳手术后局部复发的相关因素综述如下。
