从近年改革发展的轨迹来看,越南正在根据本国国情和国内外环境,探索走一条既继承马克思主义的传统,又吸收外部的政治文明做法,适应新时期发展趋势的发展道路。越共十二大是越南改革开放以来特别重要的一次党代会。会议是在面临诸多挑战的情况下,甚至可以说是在越南国内外和党内外波谲云诡的背景下举行的,引起越南国内外舆论长时间密切关注和激烈议论。将越共十二大放在历史的纵向以及诸多影响因素和越南国内外大背景的横向中来进行观察分析,可以看出会议的深层含义以及越南政治的未来发展趋向。

From the point of view of the evolution of reform and development in recent years, Vietnam is exploring a development path in line with its domestic conditions and neighboring environment which not only carries forward the tradition of Marxism, but also assimilates the external political practices and adapts to the development trend in the new era. The Twelfth Congress of the Vietnamese Communist Party is a congress of particular importance since Vietnam＇s reform and opening up. The meeting was held amid many challenges, and even against the background of a volatile and unpredictable situation at home and abroad and also within and outside the Party, causing the Vietnamese people and International community to pay close attention and discuss about it heatedly for a long time. Observing and analyzing the Congress from the historical perspective and taking into account the many influencing factors and the general background at home and abroad, we can see its underlying meaning and Vietnam＇s political development trend.
