小夹板外固定配合中药辨证治疗桡骨骨折疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的：观察中药配合小夹板固定治疗桡骨骨折的临床疗效.方法：对本院2013年4月～2015年1月收治的73例桡骨骨折患者采用中药辨证施治配合小夹板固定,治疗8周后随访6个月,观察临床疗效.结果：73例患者中治愈者45例,有效者23例,无效者5例,总有效率93.15％,无一例发生筋膜室综合征.结论：中药配合小夹板固定治疗桡骨骨折可以获得较满意的疗效,值得临床推广.
