关于大数据时代如何推进警务模式变革的思考

Thinking about how to promote Policing Model Reform in the Era of big Data

大数据主导的第四次工业革命已然来临,警务模式变革势在必行。本文在简析大数据时代下的警务模式特点、分析当前我国警务模式需变革之处的基础上,提出顶层设计、技术层面、警务运作机制3个主要层面的思考,特别是提出"做实24小时运作的部门联动机制、实行民警采集信息终身受奖制"等新观念,以期为推进大数据时代的警务模式变革有所帮助。

Big data leading fourth industrial revolution in the offing, police mode change is imperative. In this paper, the era of big data analysis of policing model features at the analysis of the current model of policing need to change the proposed design, the technical level, the police operation mechanism three major top-level thinking, in particular, that ＂ departments linkage mechanism for real 24-hour operation,the implementation of lifelong alumni police collect information system ＂ and other new ideas, in order to advance policing model reform of the era.
