妊娠期间被动吸烟对子代脑组织发育的影响研究进展

Effects of passive smoking during pregnancy on brain development of offspring:a review of recent studies

我国吸烟人数众多,由被动吸烟引起的公共卫生问题日益严重,已引起人们高度关注。现有研究表明,妊娠期间被动吸烟会导致一系列如死胎、流产、胎儿宫内发育迟缓及身体畸形、行为紊乱等问题;其中对子代脑组织发育的影响尤为严重,可导致智力障碍、神经管缺陷等严重后果,并呈现不可逆的特点。该文综合近年来国内外相关研究,对妊娠期间被动吸烟对子代脑组织的影响进行综述,为今后解决这一公共卫生问题提供理论基础和依据。

The number of smoking people in China is numerous and the public health problems caused by passive smoking are more and more serious, which also attracts the attention of many medical workers. Existing studies have shown that passive smoking during pregnancy may cause a series of adverse pregnancy outcomes such as stillbirth,miscarriage,intrauterine growth retardation and physical deformities, mental retardation, behavioral disorders and many other problems. And the impact on offspring brain development is particularly serious. It can cause some serious consequences such as mental retardation and neural tube defects and presents an irreversible characteristic. This review concentrated on domestic and international researches in recent years and made a comprehensive description on the effect of exposure to passive smoking during pregnancy on offspring brain tissue in order to provide theoretical basis and factual basis to solve this public health problem in future.
