摘要
目的研究健康教育对抑郁症患者家庭环境和生活质量的影响。方法选择200例门诊抑郁症患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,各100例。研究组采用家庭回访方式进行健康教育指导。对照组给予自我家庭监管照顾。运用家庭环境量表(FES-CV)和生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI),对两组家庭环境和生活质量状况进行调查评估。结果干预前两组FES-CV和GQOLI评分比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。干预1年后研究组FES-CV除道德宗教观外,其余分量表评分与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。研究组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活评分与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论抑郁症患者家庭通过定期健康教育指导,能有效改善家庭环境状况,提高其生活质量,并促进社会功能的恢复。
Objective To study the effect of health education on home environment and life quality in patient with depression. Methods Two hundred out-patient depression cases were included in this study. All patients were randomly assigned to study group and control group. There are 100 patients in each group. Home visit and health education were carried out in study group, whereas self-guidance home care were carried out in control group. Family Environment Scale-Chinese Version (FES-CV) and Generic Quality of Life Inventory (GQOLI) questionnaire were evaluated in both groups. Results There was no statistical significance in FES--CV and GQOLI score (P〉0. 05) between the two group before intervention. After one-year of intervention with home visit and health education, FES-CV score were significantly improved (P〈0. 05 , P〈0. 01) in study group except the ethics and religious aspects remained unchanged. GQOLI score were also significantly improved (P〈0. 01) especially in physical function, psychological function, social function and mate- rial life aspects. Conclusion In family with depression patient, periodical health education can effectively improve family environment and life quality and promote the recovery in social function.
