黄芪药材质量一致性及指纹图谱研究

Quality coherence of Radix Astragali and HPLC fingerprint

目的采用药材勾兑计算器V2控制中药的质量一致性。方法选取黄芪为研究对象,以毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷及毛蕊异黄酮为指标成分,采用药材勾兑计算器V2进行勾兑,对比勾兑前后各批药材中指标成分含量与目标值的相对标准偏差和指纹图谱相似度差异。结果勾兑前各成分含量及指纹图谱差异均较大,勾兑后含量及指纹图谱基本达到一致。结论不同批次药材通过药材勾兑计算器V2可使指标成分含量与勾兑目标的RSD值降低和指纹图谱相似度趋于一致,显著提高药材的质量均一性。该勾兑计算器准确度高、操作简便、可同时勾兑多批药材有利于多成分控制,可作为中药饮片勾兑的新方法。

Objective To evaluate the quality coherence of Radix Astragali by medicinal materials blending calculator V2. Methods Radix Astragali was chosen as the research object, with the contents of calycosin-7-O-β-Dglucopyranoside and calycosin as the indexes. Six batches of Radix Astragali were blended to get one target cruse drug by medicinal materials blending calculator V2. The contents of index components and fingerprint similarity were used to verify the quality consistency of Radix Astragali. Results There were large differences between the contents of index components and fingerprint similarity before blendeding. Conclusion With this calculator, RSD of the contents of index components between blended pieces and blending target is decreased, and the fingerprint similarity of blended pieces is higher than before the blending. This blending calculator was accurate, simple and could blend several medicinal materials at the same time, which is good for composition control and can be used as a new method for medicine matering blending.
