高效液相色谱法测定硫唑酚乳膏中甲硝唑、己烯雌酚和羟苯乙酯的含量

HPLC determination of metronidazole, diethylstilbestrol and ethylparaben in Liuzuofen emulsifiable paste

目的建立HPLC法测定硫唑酚乳膏中甲硝唑、己烯雌酚和羟苯乙酯的含量测定方法。方法用C18柱为固定相,以乙腈-0.05 mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液(40:60)为流动相,检测波长为242 nm。结果甲硝唑、己烯雌酚和羟苯乙酯进样量分别在3.9576~13.8517μg、0.016 573~0.058 005μg和0.080 320~0.281 12μg内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r2分别为1.000、0.9999、1.000(n=6),其平均回收率(n=3)分别为100.1%、98.1%和99.6%。结论此方法可靠、准确、专属性强。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of metronidazole, diethylstilbestrol and ethylparaben in Liuzuofen emulsifiable paste. Methods C18 column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05 mol·L-（-1） potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution（40 ：60）, and the detection wavelength was 242 nm. ResultsThe standard curves of metronidazole, diethylstilbestrol and ethylparaben was linear at 3.9576- 13.8517 μg（r-2 =1.000, n = 6）, 0.016 573- 0.058 005 μg（r-2 = 0.9999, n = 6） and 0.080 320- 0.281 12 μg（r-2 = 1.000, n = 6） respectively; the average recoveries were 100.1%, 98.1% and 99.6%. Conclusion The method is reliable, accurate and specific.
