摘要
目的建立荨麻中3,4-二香草基四氢呋喃的含量测定的方法。方法采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150 mm,5μm),柱温为40℃;以甲醇-水(0.05%三氟乙酸)(55:45)为流动相,流速为1.0m L·min-1;检测波长为230 nm。结果在选定的色谱条件下,3,4-二香草基四氢呋喃在10.0-50.0μg·m L-1,浓度与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999),低、中、高浓度平均回收率在96.5%-100.8%,RSD均〈2.5%。结论本方法操作简便,结果可靠,重现性好,适用于荨麻中3,4-二香草基四氢呋喃的含量测定,可用于荨麻的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method to determine the content of 3, 4-divanillyltetrahydrofuran in Urtica. Methods The analysis was performed on Kromasil C18 column with the mobile phase of methanol-0.05% trifluoroacetate aqueous solution(55 :45) at 40 ℃. The flow rate was 1.0 m L·min- 1 with a detective wavelength of 230 nm. Results The concentrations of 3, 4-divanillyltetrahydrofuran with the peak areas showed a good linearity at 10.0- 50.0 μg·m L- 1(r = 0.999 9). The recovery was 96.5%- 100.8% and RSD was less than 2.5%. Conclusion This method is simple, stable and reproducible, which can be used for the content determination of 3, 4-divanillyltetrahydrofuran and quality control of Urtica.
