中西医结合护理干预在支气管哮喘患者中应用

Nursing intervention of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of patients with bronchial asthma

目的探讨中西医结合护理干预在支气管哮喘患者中的应用效果。方法 76例支气管哮喘患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各38例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予中西医结合护理,对比2组的护理效果。结果干预后,观察组中医症状积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组疾病知识和药物使用掌握情况优于对照组。观察组平均住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理干预能有效缓解支气管哮喘患者的临床症状,促进患者康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention of integrated tradition- al Chinese and western medicine in treatment of patients with bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 76 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into observation group （n = 38 ） and control group （ n = 38）. The control group was treated with conventional nursing, while the observation group was treated with nursing intervention of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on the ba- sis of the control group. The self-made scale on TCM symptoms was used to evaluate the nursing effect. Results After intervention, the score of TCM symptoms was significantly lower in the observa- tion group than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Mastery degree of disease knowledge and drug administration in the observation group were better than the control group （P 〉 0.05 ）. The length of hospital stay was significantly shorter in the observation group than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Nursing intervention of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the rehabilitations of patients with bronchial asthma.
