生大黄辅以芒硝治疗急性胰腺炎的临床护理观察

Clinical nursing of raw rhubarb and mirabilite for the treatment of acute pancreatitis

目的 生大黄辅以芒硝治疗急性胰腺炎患者,观察其临床疗效并总结护理方法.方法 30例急性胰腺炎患者在常规治疗基础上,使用生大黄辅以芒硝进行治疗,观察其临床治疗效果.结果 患者在治疗后1～2d开始排肛门气,治疗2～5d开始排便,大便性状多为水样黄色便,并且在排气排便之后,患者的腹胀症状得到好转.结论 在常规治疗的基础上,对急性胰腺炎患者辅以生大黄以及芒硝治疗,能够有效帮助患者恢复肠蠕动,加快肛门排气及排便,减少治疗期间并发症,值得临床上推广使用.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and to summarize nursing methods of patients with acute pancreatitis treated by raw rhubarb and mirabilite. Methods Raw rhubarb and mirabilite was applied for 30 patients with acute pancreatitis on the basis of conventional therapy, and the treatment efficacy of two groups were observed. Results The time to first flatus was in 1 to 2 days after treatment, and time to first defecation was in 2 to 5 days after treatment, and the patients, with watery yellow stool, were improved obviously after flatus and defecation. Conclusion Raw rhubarb and mirabilite treatment on the basis of routine therapy for patients with acute pancreatitis can effective- ly improve recovery of intestinal peristalsis, speed up anus flatus time and defecation time, and reduce complications during treatment, so it is worthy of popularizing in clinic.
