对心力衰竭合并心理障碍患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的综合护理干预研究

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on depression and anxiety of heart failure patients complicated with psychological disorder

目的探讨综合护理干预对心力衰竭合并心理障碍患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法 82例心力衰竭合并心理障碍患者按照随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各41例。均给予常规心力衰竭对症治疗。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理干预。分别运用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评价2组焦虑、抑郁情绪改善情况,并观察2组心力衰竭复发情况。结果干预后,观察组SAS和SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组心衰复发率为14.6%,显著低于对照组的36.6%(P<0.05)。结论综合干预护理能有效改善心力衰竭合并心理障碍患者焦虑、抑郁心理,降低心衰复发风险。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on depres- sion and anxiety of heart failure patients complicated with psychological disorder. Methods A total of 82 patients with heart failure and psychological disorder were randomly divided into control group （ n = 41 ） and observation group （n --41 ）, both groups were treated with symptomatic treatment. The obser- vation group was conducted with comprehensive nursing intervention, while the control group was con- ducted with conventional nursing. The mental status was assessed by self- rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self- rating depression scale before and after intervention in both groups. The recurrence rate of heart failure was observed. Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were signifi- cantly lower than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The recurrence rate of heart failure was 14.6% in the observation group, which was significantly lower than 36.6% in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the anxiety and de- pression in heart failure patients complicated with psychological disorder and reduce the risk of recur- rence of heart failure.
