摘要 为了规范农村公路上应用较为普遍的、但本身并没有经历过防护能力验证的油桶拦挡的用法,需对其安全性能及适用条件进行深入分析。基于最新的JTG 05-01—2013《公路护栏安全性能评价标准》要求,应用Hypermesh软件建立汽车-拦挡碰撞的有限元模型,并在LS-DYNA环境下进行计算机仿真碰撞分析,根据分析结果来研究其安全性能和适用条件。结果表明:油桶拦挡的阻挡功能和缓冲功能满足C级防护标准的要求,导向功能不满足规范要求,其安全性能不满足规范要求;油桶拦挡宜做警示墩使用,以警示作用为主。 In order to standardize the application of oil drum guardrail,which was used commonly on rural roads,and its safety performance and suitable conditions should be analyzed in detail. Based on the latest JTGB 05-01—2013 " highway guardrail safety performance evaluation standards" requirement,using Hypermesh software to establish cars-guardrail finite element model,computer simulated collision and crash was analyzed under LS-DYNA environment,its safety performance and suitable conditions were studied according to the analysis results. The experimental results show that Oil drum guardrail barrier function and buffering function both can meet to the requirements of the standard C-level protection,but guide function does not meet the regulatory requirements,and its safety performance does not also meet the regulatory requirements. Oil drum guardrail should be used for warning.
