摘要 选取门座起重机关键部件圆筒门架结构作为疲劳研究对象,在动力学仿真软件ADAMS中建立门座起重机的刚柔耦合虚拟样机模型,并进行动力学仿真,获取圆筒门架结构的载荷-时间历程。结合圆筒门架结构有限元静力分析结果和圆筒门架载荷-时间历程,在Fe-Safe软件中对圆筒门架结构进行疲劳仿真分析,得到圆筒门架结构疲劳寿命云图和相对于设计寿命的疲劳寿命安全系数云图,旨在为结构疲劳设计及在役结构剩余疲劳寿命估算提供新方法。 This paper chose the cylinder gantry structure of the portal crane as the fatigue study object. The rigid and flexible coupling model of the portal crane was established in the ADAMS software. Dynamics simulation was carried out in the ADAMS to obtain the load-time history of the cylinder gantry structure of the portal crane. The fatigue of the cyl- inder gantry structure was analyzed by the Fe-Safe software, combining the calculated results in the ANSYS software with the load-time history of the cylinder gantry structure. The fatigue life contour of the cylinder gantry structure and the safety coefficient contour of fatigue life relative to the design life were obtained through the simulatiorL This paper aimed at providing a new method for structure fatigue design and residual fatigue life estimation in service.
