福建省农村住房消费代际剥削调查分析

The Inter-generational Exploitation of Rural Housing Consumption in Fujian Province

农民对住房消费需求不仅单纯追求其居住功能,还在于其符号意义。农村住房消费是家庭资源分配与传递的过程,是代际支持的典型表现。以代际理论为研究视角,通过对福建省H村的典型调查,分析农村住房消费行为及其对代际间关系的影响。调查分析发现将代际支持置于人的生命历程中来考察,代际关系是不平衡的。农村家庭中的亲代与子代之间在住房消费的资源分配、住房消费投入与回报方面过分的强调亲代的付出,忽视子代责任意识的引导,存在严重的代际失衡,农村住房消费"代际剥削"问题凸显。

In farmers＂ housing consumption they not only require the living function of a house but also stress its symbolic significance. Rural housing consumption is both a process in which family resources are distributed and transferred and a typical presentation in which the old generation support the young one. In the perspective of inter-generational theory, the farmers＂ housing consumption and its influence on the inter-generational relationship are analyzed based on a typical investigation into H village in Fujian Province. But the inter-generational relationship above is found to be imbalanced when this inter-generational support is investigated in the angle of the course of human life. In rural families both the housing resources distribution and the housing consumption investment and return overemphasize the giving of the parental generation and neglect the duty the filial one should take, which leads to the inter-generational imbalance and exploitation in rural housing consumption.
