构建高等学校党校课程化培训模式

The Curriculum-based Training Mode Construction in Collegiate Party Schools

针对目前高等学校党校培训模式存在的一些问题,探索构建党校课程化培训模式,将大学生党校课程纳入高等学校总体教学计划和教学体系中,设置固定的学时和学分,并且针对不同阶段的培训对象设定相对固定的教学内容,配备相对固定的授课教师,采用理论学习与实践锻炼相结合的教学方式和多元化考核评价标准,并以此评价结果作为高等学校各级党组织发展党员及其日常考核的重要依据,使高等学校党校成为开展大学生党员教育培训的重要阵地,形成大学生思想政治教育的有效载体,从而全面提升高等教育的人才培养质量。

Aiming at the existing problems in the training mode of the Party school in colleges and universities, this paper makes an attempt to construct a curriculum-based training mode of the Party school, in which the training courses that the Party school offers to college students are incorporated into the overall teaching plan and system of colleges and universities, fixed hours and credits are set for the courses, relatively fixed teaching contents are established in view of different trainees, the courses are provided with relatively fixed teachers, teaching methods combining theories with practice and multiple evaluation criteria are both taken, and the result of evaluation is used as basis on which the Party organizations at all levels develop Party members and make daily assessments, so that the Party school of colleges and universities can function as an important position with which student Party members are educated and trained and an effective carrier for the ideological and political education of college students and improve the quality of talented personnel cultivation in an overall way.
