摘要
民办高等学校人才流动一直是制约其发展的瓶颈问题,尤其是大学生工作战线的辅导员流动性较强,这容易影响学生管理工作的稳定性,从而影响学校管理的稳定、师资队伍建设和创新强效工程。合理正常的师资流动可以提升民办高等学校的教学质量、稳定其教学环境,非常态的师资流动则容易导致民办高等学校办学质量下降,影响学校的社会声誉。为此,在全局性、实践性和公平性的原则下,应该合理地挖掘民办高等学校的内部资源,创新人才激励与整合机制,全面培养、正面引导辅导员队伍,使辅导员等教辅系列人员能够获得职业发展空间。
Too frequent personnel turnover has been a bottleneck restricting the development of private colleges and universities. Particularly, the turnover of counselors who are in charge of students" ideological and political work is more frequent than the other personnel turnovers in the schools. Such a situation is liable to affect the stability of student and school management, the teaching staff building and the program of innovation-based stronger school building. Normal and reasonable teaching staff turnover helps private colleges and universities improve the teaching quality, stabilize the teaching environment whereas non-normal teaching staff turnover is liable to cause low teaching quality and produce negative effects on the social reputation of the schools. In the perspectives of the overall situation, practice and fairness, private colleges and universities should exploit internal resources reasonably, innovate the personnel excitation and integration mechanism, and develop comprehensively and guide positively the contingent of counselors so that the counselors and other teaching assistants could gain personal development in professional career.
