摘要
目前全国高等农业院校园艺专业培养存在人才培养模式趋同与流俗、课程设置缺乏系统性和综合性、亟待提高实践教学质量与水平,仍延续单一、死板的教学模式与方法、缺失健全的考核体系制度和激励机制等问题,结合园艺专业的教学实践,提出创新型人才培养目标,设立研究创新型人才培养方向,全面修订培养计划和教学大纲,引入导师制形成个性化培养方案,鼓励大学生积极参与创新创业项目,改革创新教学模式与教学方法,全面加强实验实践条件建设,构建能切实提高园艺专业教学质量的创新型人才培养模式。
Main problems in the talented personnel cultivating of horticulture, such as the lack of a distinctive cultivation mode, the failure of curriculum design in systematism and comprehensiveness, the urgent need to improve both the current teaching quality and pattern, the imperfection of the evaluation system and incentive mechanism, etc, are analyzed. The innovative talented personnel cultivation mode of horticulture should be established by setting the orientation for the innovative talented personnel cultivation, revising the cultivation program and the teaching outline in an overall way, introducing the tutorial system to personalize the cultivation scheme, encouraging college students to take part in innovational and startup projects actively, reforming and innovating the teaching mode and methodology and improving students" practice conditions in labs comprehensively.
