中西医结合护理在老年糖尿病患者护理中的应用观察

Application of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in nursing of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus

目的探讨老年糖尿病采用中西医结合护理方案对预后影响。方法选取本院收治老年糖尿病100例,依据入院顺序随机分为观察组与对照组各50例,展开对比研究。结果观察组干预后血糖指标改善优于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,并发症率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病患者运用中西医结合护理方案,可显著改善预后,确保临床护理水平,并保障患者生命安全。

Objective To investigate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on the prognosis of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with diabetes were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission with 50 cases in each group. The effect was compared. Results After intervention, the improve- ment of blood glucose in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, the complication rate was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （p 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Integrated nursing program for elderly patients with diabetes mellitus can significantly improve the prognosis, ensure the level of clinical nursing, and protect the safety of patients.
