综合围术期护理在输尿管结石行输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive perioperative nursing in the treatment of ureteral calculi with holmium laser lithotripsy

目的探讨输尿管结石患者接受输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗过程中综合围术期护理的应用价值。方法将100例接受输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗的输尿管结石患者以随机数字表法分为2组,每组50例。对照组在围术期接受常规护理,观察组在围术期接受综合护理,分别对2组术中及术后情况进行分析。结果 2组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组结石排出时间及住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组碎石成功率显著高于对照组,而术后3个月结石残余率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后3个月内的并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围术期综合护理可显著提高钬激光碎石术在输尿管结石治疗中的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the application value of comprehensive perioperative nursing in the treatment of ureeral calculi with holmium laser lithotripsy. Methods A total of 100 patients with ureteral calculi treated with holmium laser lithotripsy were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing in the peri- operative period, and the patients in the observation group were treated comprehensive perioperative nursing. The intraoperative and postoperative conditions were analyzed. Results There was no sig- nificant difference in operation time between the two groups （P 〉0.05）. The stones dispel time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than that in control group （P -C, 0.05）. The success rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the residuai rate of stone in 3 months after operation was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. In addition, the incidence of complications in 3 months after surgery in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclu- sion Perioperative comprehensive nursing can significantly improve the treatment effect of ureteral calculi treated by holmium laser lithotripsy.
