品管圈活动降低一次性头皮针使用率的效果观察

The effect of quality control circle activities on reducing the usage rate of disposable scalp needle

目的探讨品管圈活动对降低妇科患者一次性钢针使用率的效果观察。方法成立品管圈小组,确定活动主题,对妇科患者使用一次性头皮针的现状进行调查,分析找出患者拒绝使用静脉留置针原因,采取有效措施进行持续质量改进。结果通过品管圈活动降低了妇科患者一次性头皮针的使用率,从13.6%下降到5.7%,达到目标值;观察指标实施前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动在降低妇科患者一次性钢针使用率中效果显著,降低钢针的使用率,同时提升了圈员的科研意识,是提高护理质量的一种有效方法。

Objective To observe the quality control circle（QCC） activities in reducing the usage rate of disposable scalp needle. Methods Quality control group was set up, and theme was determined, the present situation of the use of disposable scalp needle was investigated, the reamns of patients refusing to use venous indwelling needles were analyzed, effective measures for continu- ous quality was taken for improvement. Results The frequency rate of disposable scalp needle used was significantly decreased due to QCC from 13.6% originally to 5.7%, achieving the target. The difference was statistically significant in observation indexes before and after QCC （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The effect of QCC in reducing disposable scalp needle usage rate is significant. It can reduce the usage of needles. Meanwhile, it can improve the scientific research consciousness of circle members, so QCC is an effective method in improving nursing quality.
