人文关怀服务在临终患者护理中的应用效果评价

Application effect of humanistic care service in nursing for patients with terminal stage

目的探讨人文关怀服务在癌症临终患者护理中的应用效果。方法 98例癌症晚期临终患者随机分为2组,每组49例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组患者在此基础上给予心理需求、家属需求和环境满足等多方面的人文关怀服务。观察2组患者的生活质量。结果观察组缓解率为89.8%,明显高于对照组的61.2%(P<0.05);观察组患者心理状态合格率为91.8%,明显高于对照组的77.6%(P<0.05)。结论癌症晚期临终患者在常规护理干预基础上实施人文关怀服务能够有效提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care service in the nursing for cancer patients with terminal stage. Methods A total of 98 advanced cancer patients with terminal stage were randomly divided into two groups, 49 cases in each group. Control group was treated with the conventional nursing, which observation group was treated with the humanistic care service （including psychological need, family requirement and environment）. The quality of life was observed in both groups. Results The remission rate of the observation group was 89.8 %, which was significantly higher than 61.2% of the control group （P〈0.05）. The qualified rate of psychological state in the observation group was 91.8%, which was significantly higher than 77.6 % in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Implementation of the humanistic care service on the basis of the conventional nursing for the cancer patients with terminal stage can efficiently improve the quality of life.
