情景模拟教学结合青年护士培养在实习助产士带教中的应用效果 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨情景模拟教学结合青年护士培养在实习助产士带教中的应用效果。方法 2013年在产科实习的助产士18名作为对照组,采用常规的导师制及跟班制的带教方法;2014年在产科实习的助产士26名作为观察组,在常规带教方法基础上采用情景模拟训练结合青年护士培养的方法带教,比较2组实习生的带教效果及满意度。结果采用情景模拟训练结合青年护士培养的方法带教后,实习生带教效果提高,阶段性考核平均分95分以上者由83.33%上升至96.15%,实习生满意度由88.89%上升至96.15%。结论情景模拟训练结合青年护士培养的带教方法可提高产科助产专业实习生的带教效果及满意度,有利于实习生更好地掌握产科专科理论与操作技能,确保教学任务的顺利完成,提高产科助产专业临床实习带教质量。 Objective To explore application effect of scenario simulation teaching combined with the training of young nurses in the practice of teaching in the midwives. Methods A total of 18 intern midwives in 2013 in obstetric department were in control group, using conventional tutori- al system and the shift class teaching method, and 26 intern midwives in 2014 in obstetric depart- ment were in observation group, applying scene simulation training combined with young nurse cul- ture method on the basis of conventional teaching method, teaching effect and satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results After scene simulation training combined with the method of training of young nurses, the effect of the internship of teaching was improved, the interns with the average periodic score above 95 points went up from 83.33 % to 96.15 %, the degree of satisfaction raised from 88.89 % to 96.15 %. Conclusion The teaching methods of situational analogue train- ing combined with young nurse training can improve teaching effect and satisfaction of intern mid wifery. It is favorable for interns to better grasp the obstetrics specialized theory and skills, to en sure the successful completion of teaching task, and to improve the teaching quality of professional clinical practice for obstetric midwives.
