温泉浸浴配合耳穴贴压治疗缺血性脑卒中患者失眠的护理体会

Nursing experience of spa treatment with auricular-plaster therapy for ischemic stroke patients with insomnia

目的探讨温泉浸浴配合耳穴贴压治疗缺血性脑卒中后失眠患者睡眠状况的临床疗效。方法选取缺血性脑卒中伴失眠患者71例,分为观察组(n=37例)和对照组(n=34例)。对照组实施原发病基础治疗和耳穴贴压护理技术;观察组在对照组基础上施加温泉浸浴。比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后匹茨堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)总积分变化,比较观察组治疗前后入睡预备时间、夜间实际睡眠时间、睡眠效率改善情况。结果 2组治疗后PSQI总积分均下降,观察组下降幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组治疗后入睡预备时间、夜间实际睡眠时间、睡眠效率均显著优于治疗前(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论温泉浸浴配合耳穴贴压是改善缺血性脑卒中后失眠患者睡眠状况的一种安全有效的护理技术。

Objective To investigate the effect of spa treatment with auricular-plaster therapy for ischemic stroke patients with insomnia. Methods A total of 71 ischemic stroke patients with in- somnia were assigned to observation group （n = 37 ） and control group （n = 34）, both with auricular- plaster therapy. The observation group was given spa treatment additionally. The clinical efficacy and changes of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） of two groups were assessed, and the sleeping prep- aration time, actual sleeping time and sleeping efficiency before and after treatment were compared in the observation group. Results The PSQI were significantly decreased in observation group than that in the controls （ P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment, the sleeping preparation time, actual sleeping time and sleeping efficiency were better in observation group （P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Spa treat- ment with auricular-plaster therapy can effectively improve the insomnia of patients with ischemic stroke.
