摘要
目的探讨痔疮手术前后饮食宣教减少术后疼痛和出血的效果。方法行痔疮手术患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例,对照组常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施饮食宣教,观察2组术后疼痛及出血情况。结果术后第8天,观察组切口疼痛分级0级例数、出血分级0级例数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论在痔疮手术前后进行饮食宣教可减轻术后切口疼痛、减少出血,促进切口愈合,值得临床借鉴。
Objective To investigate the preventive effect of diet education on postoperative pain and bleeding in patients with hemorrhoid operation. Methods A total of 60 patients with hemor- rhoid operation were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Both groups received the conventional treatment and the observation group was given additional diet education. Results The number of patients with grade 0 assessment of pain and bleeding were higher in observation group than those in controls eight days after operation ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion It is effective to reduce postoperative pain and bleeding by implementation of diet education.
