老年股骨骨折患者综合康复护理的应用

Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in elderly patients with femoral fracture

目的探讨综合康复护理在老年股骨骨折患者中的应用效果。方法老年股骨骨折患者74例随机分为观察组和对照组,各37例。观察组行综合康复护理,对照组行临床常规护理。结果末次随访时,观察组Harris髋关节功能状况评分优良率为91.89%(34/37),高于对照组的72.97%(27/37),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患肢功能恢复情况Friedman-Wyman评分优良率为94.59%(35/37),高于对照组的75.68%(28/37),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为8.11%(3/37),低于对照组的29.73%(11/37),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合康复护理能促进老年股骨骨折患者术后患肢功能康复,降低术后并发症发生率。

Objective To investigate the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in elderly pa- tients with femoral fracture. Methods A total of 74 elderly patients with femoral fracture were random- ly divided into observation group and control group, with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing and con- ventional nursing care, respectively. Results The rate of excellent and good results assessed by Har- ris Hip Joint Function Scale was 91.89% （34/37） in observation group and 72.97% （27/37） in the control group, with a significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. The observation group had better outcomes in Friedman-Wyman assessment and lower incidence of complications, compared with the controls （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can promote rehabilitation in elderly pa- tients with femoral fracture and reduce incidence of complications.
